- Up to $10,000 awarded annually
- Recipients must be a sophomore who has completed 24 credit hours by the end of the Spring 2011 semester
- Recipients must exhibit exemplary leadership skills at ATC demonstrated through participation in ATC programs and activities
- Recipients must be enrolled full-time and maintain a cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
